This page is designed to help students work through the similarities and differences between the Pre-Fall 2015 and Fall 2015 requirements.
Effective Fall 2015, students who declare Africana Studies as their major will have to follow the most recent requirements. However, students who declared before Fall 2015 have the option of following the previous requirements or the current ones.
If a student is unsure about which track they are eligible for or which track to take, they should make an appointment to talk to the program director.
